MY STORY

I grew up as a pastor's kid.

I've spent most of my life around church, leadership, ministry, business, and people.

I've seen the beautiful side of leadership.

I've also seen what happens when we get it wrong.

After more than 13 years in business and marketing, I've learned that building something isn't usually the hardest part.

Becoming the person capable of carrying it is.

That's why Created exists.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe your faith should affect the way you lead.

I believe leadership starts with identity.

I believe influence is something to steward—not something to chase.

I believe growth without character is dangerous.

I believe women don't need to choose between being deeply rooted in their faith and building something significant.

And I believe we were created to multiply what God puts in our hands.

LIFE

I'm a former college athlete, entrepreneur, speaker, wife, and mom.

I'm also a mom to two beautiful girls, Blaire and Callie, who are in heaven.

Grief is part of my story.

But it isn't the entirety of it.

My life now is about continuing to live, lead, build, love, and become—with everything I've been given.
